I took my payment application which is already paid by the bank in my mind, I assume automatically that if you do it online you are on the other line which is you do not need to wait like the other people who go there manually filling up the form, but, it It wasn’t what happened, you still go farther in the same process step 1 until you get to finish line, you would wait until the dark meet you on that day, if the line is so bad you can even bring your pillow and sleep there until your name being called.↵Philippines solve this issue this is simple MAKE THIS EASY FOR EVERYBODY.

I applied for NBI clearance online yesterday then paid the same day. Dragonpay sent me a notification email that the payment was successful. it is now Tuesday, the status is still UNPAID and because of that I can’t print any application form. I tried texting and calling the globe and smart numbers of NBI. No answer both call and text. I also called the landline number. The receptionist kept on transferring the call but no one answered. I sent an email, and then again no answer. I scheduled my appointment tomorrow morning, Wednesday. I hope they will accept the payment receipt from LBC and email confirmation from Dragonpay as a proof.

Renewal of NBI clearance nasa baba ng REGISTER asking if you have old just click yes or no. the problem starts pag nagtanong na sya ng valid email tas ung email na ginamit ko sa 1st nbi ko ang tinype ko, nag eeror stating used na daw ang email, diba nga dapat yun din? kasi nan dun naka log ung data ko lahat. Meaning I have to make another email every renewal?????
