When NBI launched the new NBI Clearance Biometric System, they made sure to eliminate the long queues in NBI Clearance Outlet that results to every applicant’s head ache and irritation.
To resolve this matter, NBI placed several NBI Clearance outlets that can accommodate the large volume of NBI Clearance Applicants especially in Metro Manila.
Presently, NBI Clearance outlets have 63 fully operational Clearance Centers nationwide. There are sixteen (16) Regional NBI Clearance and twenty-two (22) from District offices.
While eleven (11) of them are located at Local Government Units and the rest of them are located at some selected malls such as Robinsons Malls, Ever Gotesco and Duty Free Philippines.
The Regional NBI Clearance and District Offices are accepting applicants from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. While NBI Clearance located at Duty Philippines opens at 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Duty Free Philippines only accepts NBI Application for Travel Abroad purposes only. Lastly, Robinsons Malls starts their NBI Clearance processing at 10:00AM to 7:00PM.
All of the mentioned NBI Clearance Location is open Monday to Friday, except Holidays.
Due to large volume of applicants, NBI Clearance Outlets allow Applicants to stay outside the venue and wait in the queue line as early as the opening time. This happens especially in the Malls.

Please update this list. The one in ever commonwealth is no longer operating. kakagaling lang namin kaninang 6am after kami paalisin dun sa QC hall kasi 200 lang daw ipaprocess nila ngayon. Grabe! Pumila kasama ko dun ng 4:30 para lang sabihin na 200 lang kaya i-accommodate. kung ganyan ang quota nyo everyday, maglagay kayo ng mas madaming satellite offices. nauubos oras at pera ng mga kukuha ng clearance. Mas nagiging cause pa kayo ng delay ng employment para sa iba imbes na makatulong!

Ang haba pa din ng pila at walang online application, not to mention na nagpalit daw sila ng system kaya konti lang pinapasok sa mall dahil kakapain pa.. anung klaseng serbisyo yan! pag sa tanghali ka dumating palaging cut off na daw dahil 5000 lang pinapapasok sa main office sa UN tapos 300 lang sa rob mla.. anu ba yan!!!!! ayusin nyo serbisyo nyo! dapat kasi mga company nalang gumagawa ng background check na yan hindi yung pupunta sa inyo para magpa clear extra bayad lang yang samin!
